After 3 technicians telling me 3 different things and not fixing my problems, my son in law came and looked everything over, made some changes/adjustments and cable and internet is working great!!
Tell me THAT is not a problem when I pay them $133 a month and I haven’t had solid service for 2 months!

2. I don't know what they have done recently, modem resets itself like 3 times per day, mostly in the early hours of the day.

I’m glad I just discovered this site. Parents have had Comcast for 25 years. All the other battles I’ve had with this company set aside, being at home for the past 6 months has allowed me to sit and fully think about what Comcast is and it’s inherent flaws. At least in my own case.

To begin, we all know how Comcast’s customer service is. I only have to call them on average once a month or so, which is something I shouldn’t have to do. After almost 10 years of this elaborate dance, they might as well just put me on their payroll. I’m used to it. The people on the phone are semi-responsive, but they can’t do/fix anything from their end. Etc, etc. If you’re reading this, you get it. But what really does it for me is that the service they sell just sucks. It is not the least bit reliable. They are the biggest cable provider and the signal can hardly even make it to my house. And it’s not like I’m in the middle of nowhere, this is just outside of Boston. There must be some sort of issue with their infrastructure that causes this, because there’s not the slightest chance it’s anything on my end. I can make this claim with confidence because they’ve sent half a dozen guys to check everything out since I’ve started dealing with them. I’m no rocket scientist, but I’m pretty technically inclined. I can’t find one thing, from the lines outside to each connected device, that would spell trouble.

The issues—
I’d say the smallest issue would be with the telephone service. We get bombarded with robocalls, marketers, and charities all day, so when the phone stops ringing, it’s unusual. When I take the phone off the hook there’s silence. Nothing that Comcast does on their end or I do on my end can resolve this. It’s not uncommon for dial tone to take multiple days to come back. I don’t know why we’ve held onto the landline.

The next issue is with the cable TV service. At least a few times throughout the day, there is some type of interference. Everything will be fine then all of a sudden the picture gets chopped up and the sound goes out. Whatever I’m watching may freeze for up to 30 seconds. Missing that much time from a show, a movie, or a game that I’m invested in is a huge deal to me. It shouldn’t be the end of the world, but when I’m on the edge of my seat, it truly feels like it.

This last issue is the big one and that’s with the internet service. This has been going on for an eternity but it’s been driving me extra wild since my work and school have been online since March. Whether I’m connected with a phone, tablet, or computer, whether it’s wireless or plugged in, this issue presents itself in the worst way. A few minutes out of every hour is completely bogged down by non-existent internet speeds. Simple web pages won’t load and videos buffer. After trying to reload and hitting pause/play a few times, I realize I have to just sit and wait because there’s nothing I can do about it. Sometime devices will just totally disconnect. If I have to work on something for an extended period, this happens multiple times. It feels as if every time I need to do something important/in a rush this happens.

I don’t have the slightest excuse as to why we pay $250/month for this shoddy service when Verizon Fios can do the same thing for $100 less with a rock solid connection. We could get 200 up/down fiber from Fios for $40/month and never look back, but I don’t make these decisions.

I could come on here and say the customer service people are wicked stupid, but it’s way deeper than that. There’s an issue somewhere between Comcast and my house and nobody will ever be able to resolve it. The one reliable service Comcast offers is Xfinity mobile and the only reason that’s true is because they use someone else’s (Verizon’s) infrastructure.

If just one single person reads this entire post I will sleep better at night

Networks are bursty but there is no excuse for your lack of performance. Connectivity issues constant loss of connection sometimes ten minutes apart. Call and state the problem. Tier one agent moves me to some support agent tier one that is obviously also probably an emigrant in US support center that belays the ability to get through in plain English due to her accent.

26 minutes in she hangs up on me after the callback with no information as to why or anything. I call back and what happens stupid robo support wants to reboot the modem. Modem reboots and same issues arise. I call back. robo reboot wants to happen again.

I turn off completely disconnect and reconnect the modem from the cable line too. Get connection and its still varying between 1/5 amd 1/3 of the normal speed expected of 70mbs or more download speed. Comcast sucks and I am about to go pay a little more or double for a gig instead of this circle jerk service.

I purchased the modem, then called them to activate it. They told me they could not as I purchased a residential modem. They gave me a list of modems to purchase. I purchased 1 off their list. I then called them and they activated it,...yeah. I gave the UPS store their modem and sent back. My next bill had a modem charge. I called them and they said they would credit me the modem charge. After 10 minutes on hold, they came back on the line and told me they could not remove the charge because the new modem does not have a phone line built into it and its $303.41 early termination fee to cancel the phone line....uuugghhh...this company is the worst company I have ever ever dealt with. They are M**ther Fu**in money suckers.

customers for service they did not receive or did not want. Be careful they don't try to bill you claiming you could stream services. TV boxes are not necessary for Comcast services. It is all BS.

It was getting dark so I had to set up a light outside for him to finish. No work light on truck. He had no clues so it was fortunate I installed antenna systems in the 60's and had the tools and the experience to "educate" him. Gypsy repairmen sent out untrained and unequipped. Now am happy with Verizon at 1/3 of the cost.

Thast problem didnt exist with ATT Uverse Why does comcast (xfinity) charge outrageous prices, really outrageous prices, I pay over 225 dollars a month and don't even have their prime channels (HBO, Showtime etc.). call their customer service, which is reallt a curse not a service and you wait and wait after listening to what is your problem and go through a phone tree of choices, press 1 for this, 2 for that and on and on. Who the hell has time to listen to their bullshit. At least let me talk to someone. What a ripoff, we need more choices of providers so there is more competition amoung the providers to better service and cost.

After 35 years, we went with Fios for internet, Philo for TV, and Consumer Cellular for home phone. We will be saving about $150 every month and no more dealing with Comcast Nazis.

30 minutes to get the new equipment up and running. 3 hours talking to customer service. Then when I finally got it all settled, they sent me a text saying that they needed to send a tech to my house. No option to decline. So I had to get back on with customer service.

Not to mention they previously raised my rate up to $100 a month from $50 a month because they're "promotion ended." That's $100 a month for just internet service and nothing else. I got them down to 74, but wow do I hate them!

I called in today because there's no longer a button to "save as draft" when composing an email using Comcast email and I want to know how to save an email as a draft. It's been missing for 2 or 3 months. (Another great Comcast fix. Not) I got some Indian girl who couldn't grasp what I was asking. She wanted to know what phone I was using. Phone? Who said anything about a phone? I'm on my computer using Windows 10.

She puts me on hold and when she comes back wants to know if I restarted my computer. I told her I restart the computer every day, and as I've already explained to her, this is not a new issue. I told her it was another stupid Comcast "fix". This idiot proceeds to tell me that I can't use profanity. I told her that saying the word "stupid" is not profanity. She tells me that to her it is. I then said that's "crap". She then tells me she is going to hang up on me because I keep using profanity. What a stupid f%@king bitch. Now that's profanity. So I hung up on her instead and found a Comcast forum that explained it.

Turns out Comcast supposedly took the "save as draft" button to save real estate on the page. Except they saved no room because the "send" save as draft", and "discharge" buttons were all lined up in a row and removing one button saves no room. First, in the forum, one customer was told in June that it was a server issue and would be resolved in a couple of days. Then in July, another customer was told of the 'real estate saving' purpose of getting rid of the button. IDIOTS as usual working for Comcast.

While we're on the topic of Comcast idiots. Every week I have to delete 40 to 50 shows that are re-runs. I have it set to only record "new" shows. When I called about that I was told that it's not their fault that the networks list re-runs as "new". I told them that none of the programs I am deleting say they are new. They all say repeats.

And think about it. When a program starts at midnight and runs 10-15 shows back to back, they can't all possibly be new shows. The rep then just said sorry, there's nothing he can do.

Way to charge more than anyone to put out shit service. And don't even get me started on their piece of shit DVRs. What's really aggravating is every time I've had to call in due to another problem, the customer service rep acts like it's the first time he/she has ever heard about the problem. Yet everyone online knows about it.

It's time to write a letter to Tom Darinshak and let him know how bad Comcast sucks and how their customer service is even worse. No wonder so many people are dumping Comcast. I hope to be next.

I have been trying to get a transfer of account name done due to a nasty divorce. It has been a nightmare, to say the least. Now that I have all the legal paperwork they want me to bring it all to a Comcast store to have it finalized, in the middle of a pandemic. or I can e-mail the paperwork back to the original sender of the e-mail...so considering I wasn't the one who received the paperwork that won't work either. And as I am not an authorized user on the account they won't talk to me! That is why we are sending the paperwork that they requested of us in the first place. Comcast/ Xfinity...you SUCK!!!!! I spent two hours on the phone with Comcast's very nice Indian representative trying to explain that their raising my internet-only rate from an affordable 29.95 to 69.95 after a year's stop at 49.95 was not going to work for me. What's next 99.95 for service with an actual download speed of 10 megabits though promised many times that?

I was told that "The Team" would be contacting me on my cell phone to discuss possibilities for a more reasonable charge. I was trying to explain that I can get cheaper ($65) and better service from another local provider...

Was this all a scam to waste my time and wear me out while they get ready to stick me another monthly bill? Why would anyone run a business this way?

I have also had issues with not receiving the contracted 200 Mbps high-speed internet service. Been dealing with it since Nov of 2019. I have done 15 CS calls, had 3 service technicians comes out ... ALL to say no issues with lines in house.......no issues with lines coming from the pole to house....no issues with the new router. BUT I cannot get speeds beyond 60-80 Mbps constantly.
Back in March before the world went to hell-in- a handbasket, Comcast Technicians indicated that there server hub station had a fire and burnt up their AC units....... ok, fine - not my problem. Get the thing fixed. They haven't - and its still 5-6 months later and still is terrible.
Then they tried to blame it on COVID-19 and everyone being home.........I called Bullshit on them - and said I have been dealing with this since Nov 2019....don't give that excuse and lie.

So I filed the complaints...... I am demanding refund of 40% of each months bill (for internet service - or lack of) backdating to Nov 2019 to current......... I am also demanding a full release and cancellation of my contract service ...without any early termination fees or costs...because they cannot provide me with adequate and contracted service as promised and advertised....
I am bailing out of Comcast on Monday 08/10 and going with Frontiers FIOS whcih is better service of 500 mbps Fios cable lines.....

I am will fight these bastards with a class action suit if i have too........

I have not been able to get anyone on the phone for weeks. With Covid Xfinity is so overwhelmed and out of their depth. The phone message sends you on a loop that ends with an automated text, after which the bot realizes they can't help you and tell you to call the main number. Unbelievably frustrating. The chat agents promise someone will get back to you in 24 hours - no one does. You spend 3 hours on the phone to get to an agent, who routes you to his supervisor, who is now on the phone but will call you back in 30 minutes. Two days later, still waiting.

I have never ever heard anyone say anything good about Xfinity customer service. Yet nearly everyone has a complaint. Unless in the future I will move to an area that is ONLY serviceable by Comcast, I am content to never use it again. Buh-bye Xfinity and good riddance.

Sheltering in place where Comcast is the only ISP and have had the Internet suddenly go down in various ways for no clear reason a dozen times. In March and April, it went out around 10-11 am every day for a week. Guy came out and had to replace some sketchy connectors that had corroded. Question: why install cheap metal connectors that corridor after a year? Now it’s been out for a day, in the middle of deadline work. Right, they couldn’t get anyone out for two days until we spent a half hour on the phone to get to an agent. Now we had to wait “only” a full day. This isn’t going to be good for people working and studying from home. Thanks for nothing, Comcast. Both our immediate neighbors still have their service, but a neighbor three houses up the street also lost Internet. Our problem is a sudden loss of power between the street junction and our house. Everything is underground and no sign of anything damaged in visible wiring. And by the way, why don’t they remove all the crappy old wiring? Noticed more corroded looking junctions though. When they finally get out here, will ask about actual heavy duty junctions. This is dumb.

Can someone explain to me how someone hasnt gone all fight club on comcast yet? Everything went down in a heap on July 2nd. Spent 2 hours on xfinity chat where they were insistent that it was a wiring issue. Said they would send someone to my house to check my connection. A specialist was supposes to call me and an Appointment was scheduled between 8-11 am on July 5th a freakin sunday. Guess what never got a call and no one ever showed up. Thankfully the internet magically fixed itself on the 2nd and breifly went dowm again on the third. Which also magically restored itself.

Fast forward to the 11th, everything goes down again. This time I call comcast. When I finally get a person I asked for escalation to a manager right away. I explain the situation and the missing phone call / service call. I even offered to send in a transcript of the chat session, having kept one learning my lesson from past calls. Would you believe, that someone working for a national communications company does not have access to email? That's the bullship line I was fed trying to prove Comcast is at fault. I Was also told that my cable modem it is too old and may not provide reliable service anymore. I explained the docis is 3.0 is a standard and the standard is still valid. I also questioned the CSR as to how my modem can be too old yet they are still pushing SD signals as default in their cable packages. You've not been able to buy a standard definition TV in at least 15 years if not more. I was referred to Motorola for questions about my modem and told if I wanted to submit my chat logs I would have to do so in person at a comcast store. Leaving me with the question, why is the automated voice more concerned with my health and safety then the CSR is covid is still a thing. Man I wish I had an option that was not Comcast.

Called back this morning, got someone named Jean. Same old run around. Don’t know when they can fix it. Over two hours on the phone, they cannot give me an appointment for less than 48 hours even though service is completely down. Over two hours on the phone, no resolution.

The federal government should come down on these people for horrendous customer service, incompetent technical service and ridiculous rates for the service they provide.

They should require them to have US based customer service and keep US residents employed. There should be financial penalty for hiring foreigners who are based out of the country when so many in the US need jobs. Their employees should be residents of the country where they provide service.

Two days later and no sign of it I call customer service again and the woman on the phone says there is NO record of the previous phone call when my modem was supposedly ordered. After another long ordeal a different women says it's ordered and issued a 40 dollar bill credit for my hassle and said the shipping was waived. (why should I ever pay shipping for this type of thing?) I received modem and set it up no problem. A few weeks later I login to the account online and see that the bill is 30 dollars extra.... Now I'm dumping them from my business--and the drama continues. Comcast offers its business customers the option of submitting a form for disconnection of service, but try to use it. (I hate talking to their operators!) Its asking for a six or seven digit account number, but mine has sixteen digits! Then you're forced to call and they asked for the SSN number associated with account (last 4) and you get, "I'm sorry, this doesn't match our records..." You go through a constant loop with them trying to get you to put your last 4 in! Then, you can verify by the card you pay with or the last four of the bank account number. I have no card associated with account and the last 4 of my business bank account isn't recognized either. (had the same account number for 15 years and have done ACH payments with it).
Just an amazingly screwed up, incompetent, awful company. Try to cancel your service or downgrade! They've had me throwing my phone across the room as they want to ask you your viewing preferences to lower my bill! UGH!

Call Xfinity - was told I could have 5 lines - now they tell me two because account is in my Father's name and his income to credit ratio is not good since my mother died. They tell me I can't switch into my name without closing the account and taking everything back and then start all new - we live in the same household. A line is $12 a month. Now, I can go to my TV and order movies all night long way over $12 but that doesn't take a credit check.
I can go to store and take my 87 yr old father with bad legs and a bunch of ID for both of us and possibly they will transfer to my name and my credit is plenty good enough for one more line. Problem - non of their damn stores are open because of coronavirus - I have been on the phone with these F_CKERs FOR HOURS OVER 3 DAYS!!! Wait time is usually over an hour.

This is the most ridiculous place i have ever had to deal with!
Of course, they are the only cable company in the area so you're screwed unless you want to get two separate things for tv and internet.

Bbut my biggest gripe is that there isn't yet another cable ISP provider in our area, or any other type of ISP in our area that is any better overall. Either you put up with slower performance and possibly garbage customer service (almost as bad as ComCast) or it is status quo. Maybe one day NBC/Comcast gets their rear end kicked by someone like Apple or Microsoft (both of which are capable of getting into the market, and neither are totally phenomenal either...but would likely be night and day from these idiots).

It's not the reason, it's cheaper for them to off load the handling of content over to others, they have just become a central hub for others content and they can charge the same or more . And it's also a way to lock you into their internet service.

Picture quality has gone down, there are break ups and distortions along with loss of sound you have to put up with. They used to compare themselves with the satellite providers as having a better picture....they seem not to worry about that anymore.

If they had a way to charge you extra for the commercials..they would do that.

If they were to drive the base Ranger their cost would be less and they could pass the savings to the consumer, but they will pass it along to the executives and the stockholders. If you look at the "bundles" they offer, you will watch a fifth of the channels they package, and they package the garbage channels because they own then, and can insert their commercials into your home. All you need is a cable modem with wireless router combo, a smart TV and only their internet service. Save yourself from the high cost of the cable company.

I paid for Starz and because Comcast can’t work out channel provider contract negotiations successfully, they pass this on to the customers! They also increased our bill at the beginning of the year citing an increase in broadcast fees. I was in a contracted promotion and I can’t make changes or cancel without repercussion due to my contract yet it’s okay for Comcast to make channel changes and fee changes during the contract time frame? Where is the accountability on their end?! Comcast operates with corporate greed and nothing more. I also now pay more for a lesser package which does not include the ID channel which is my favorite channel. To keep the ID channel I would have needed to keep my previous package at a cost of an extra $30/month! Corporate greed at its best! Comcast, remove your Covid-19 commercials in which you tout all the ways you are “here for us”. Comcast sent me a targeted email offering Blast! 200mbps Internet and 125 TV channels for $80 per month with a 1 year contract. Great! I selected the link which forced me to login and when the offer link was selected it too me to a screen that said there are no plans in your area. Elsewhere, I found in small print that the offer was for new customers only, so why send it to me in the first place if you already knew, or should have known, I was a customer. 90 minutes of chat later that package was $166, but still less than the $244 my previous package had ballooned into. For a week I heard nothing or did not see any changes, so I chatted again. 1 hour later they said everything was in place. Another week later, we lost all our TV channels on our Tivo and on a set-top-box. I logged into my account and they had removed all TV devices leaving the modem that I owned. I called and got into a circular phone tree without any resolution. Once again, I chatted for 45 minutes only to be told the agent could not solve my problem. They told me to call 1-877-405-2298 which connected me to the useless phone tree which asked me to reset my TV devices via their system, so I finally agreed. This time it shut off my Internet as well, so no TV, no Internet, no phone. I called this number again on a cell phone and was told I could hold for an agent and 75 minutes later, I gave up. Almost every encounter with Comcast results in a cascade of nonsense.

You CANNOT get to a live person unless you go through the automated service, which is a nightmare, and even then, you will wait forever to talk to someone.

Once you get a live person, chances are is that they are overseas, can't fully understand English, and, there's a 3-5 second delay in the call so you're always speaking over one another. I live in America, and therefore as a paying customer, I demand speaking to someone in my own Country who understands my needs. I am tired of hearing "thank you for being a Comcast customer, and we really appreciate your business. Sorry to hear you are having a problem, but we are here for you and will fix your issue." Take your script and shove it.Talk to me in human talk. You can request to speak with someone in the USA, but it takes another eternity for you get transferred, if the transfer even takes. Most likely, you'll get disconnected and have to call back.

My ongoing problem is connectivity. My internet will cutoff for a second or two, but in that moment I've lost everything I've been working on or doing. "we need to reset your modem..." It says it takes 10 minutes, but it really takes 3. After waiting 45 minutes for a Customer Service Rep to come on the line, I kept hearing "once your modem is reset, a Customer Service Rep will come online." 45 minutes and still no Rep. Again, take your reset and shove it. It's YOU, not me Comcast! This problem has been going on for a long time. My modem is fine, all the wires are fine, the connections are fine, it's Comcast who is the problem. Every time a Comcast technician is seen in the area, problems happen shortly thereafter. And, my internet cuts off at around the same times each day, within a 10 minute window...huh? Sounds suspicious.

You, Comcast, have a serious problem and you are just another huge company monopolizing the market. Companies like yours should be Government or State regulated, broken up, and limitations should be set in place, so that consumers have more options. Where's Gordon Gecko when you need him? He'll break up your over-sized bullying company.

In closing, there will eventually be a Class Action Lawsuit against you, Comcast, for your negligence, and I will be one to stand up and sign, date, and formally recognize the petition and the charges against you. I need to disconnect my service because I am moving to the place which already provides internet and second day in a row I am trying to contact them. You cannot cancel it online- you need to talk to loyalty department (what a name! and they call agents customer service executives!!! executives, sure). I started from calling yesterday and the wait was more than 2 hours with no callback option offered. And while you are waiting, you can't really be sure that you are still on hold, because there is just silence in the phone. I tried to use their website chat which actually lists cancellation as one of the options. First I talked to the bot. That was painful. Then it connected me to a chat window with a live agent. The window showed me that I am # 369 in line to chat haha. Then i was offered a callback which I gladly chose. The system notified me that the wait was over 260 minutes. They called in 4 hours. After chatting for 20 minutes with an agent who asked me a million questions, I found that she cannot do anything because only this fecking loyalty department can cancel my service so she needed to transfer the call. I asked specifically if she puts me on hold and the call drops, what should I do? She told me she made a notation on my file and in this case they'd call me back. Well, it happened on 47th minute of me being on hold and nobody called me back, Today I repeated this exercise. The phone call was not available due to "technical difficulties". I repeated the chat procedure on the website and actually got connected to a real person with unreal name Stella Maris. But my joy was short lived as this agent could not do anything, even helping me to set a callback.Total waste of life and energy. Their phone is still not working. I am frustrated beyond belief but I can only blame myself for getting them as my internet providers. Never again.

Customer service representatives at Comcast are total liars that do nothing but swindle you. My rates went up because my "promotion" ended and I wanted better pricing. The rep I talked to kept charging me for things that were ridiculous- a box I didn't even own, the network TV service when I had internet only and no TV or added channels. I finally got what I thought was correct, and stupidly agreed to the "contract" (more like selling your soul to Satan). The satanic deal, I mean contract, said I legally had 30 days to cancel it. I check back I few days later and it's wrong, I'm getter not charged $100 for 100 mps internet, what a joke. I call back AGAIN and say I want to cancel the contract I agreed to two days ago. TWO DAYS. She says I can't cancel it. Comcast does highly illegal things and their reps are literally the WORST I have ever dealt with. Used car dealers have more integrity than these people. Every time I call to find out when service will be back up, I keep getting tomorrow at 8:08 am. However tonight when I called they said tonight at 7:58 pm. It's now 8:30 pm. When I called it had again been moved to tomorrow morning. The funny thing is that my electricity was back up within 14 hours, and the electric company had to actually replace poles and wires. My Comcast has been down for 4 days, so I'm confused as to what the issue is. I have decided that when I pay my bill next month I am going to subtract the amount it would cost per day for the number of days it was out. I mean, my power company doesn't charge me when I don't have electricity. Only seems fair that I shouldn't have to pay for a service I was not able to use. If everyone started doing this then maybe Comcast would get off of their collective asses and actually work for the customer!

Slow speeds here. Called tech support. All they ever want to do is re-set the modem. Talked to a nice chap in some other country. Useless. They tell you they will send out a "professional" to diagnose the issue and see where it is. The last 3 "professionals" were ok, but hardly on top of their game technically. Wasted 2 hrs. with one guy who could not solve a problem. Another tech came out and figured things out, but not before he re-terminated several cables (again!) and found it made no difference. Honestly, if you're an IT person, their BS will drive you crazy!

reliability issues.
* Their business class service comes in great discount packages, and service for business class is amazingly good. Not so for residential service, which competes with AT&T for being slow and stupid with reliance on IVR for initial problem diagnosis.
* I have residential service. They sold me gigabit, couldn't deliver it over the outdated cable in this area. Got 250-300MB instead, but they raise the price every year. If we rent a cable box to watch the NBA finals, we then get screwed again and they (2 years in a row) will not let us go back to our data plan/price, even though their agents insisted we could. 10 hrs. of arguing on the phone finally got the price increase down to $10more, not $20 or $30. You have to get through agents who know zip, based in other countries, who have zero ability to do much of anything other than get you a more expensive package or terminate you.

It was impossible to view any bills online. I've been on customer service chat now for almost 1 1/2 hours. No satisfaction. They cannot email or mail any bill. They cannot use my credit card (?) and I have to go to a store NOW to pay the bill??? Beyond horrible service.

My bill has begun the $1.00 creep, the same as what my satellite TV services did, before I cancelled them. They couldn't explain the increase, it was just "Company policy".
The company stated a PRICE for monthly service. Now the Modem rental is $1.00 more, I predict next month it will be $2.00 more.....

If you want to raise your prices, then do it with ethical business practice, new customers, after date X, pay the new rates. My modem didn't get any faster, or my service any better.

But, Xfinity has lost status, and doesn't care

Very soon COMCAST / XFINITY will be on my list of companies I will not do business with.

How much money do you people need ? Even the cost for basic cable is outrageous for what you actually get. Hallmark channel, SAME movies on every day and every night on a continuous basis.
Then they want you to subscribe to the Hallmark Movie Channel, for what ? To pay for more repeats of old movies? Totally ridiculous.

I was planning on watching The Honeymooners MARATHON that's on channel WPIX(11) every New Year's Eve; until I noticed I no longer had that channel. It's confusing because channel 11 in the New Haven CT area is the CW channel; so I thought the marathon would be on that channel but I still couldn't find it. So I contacted XFINITY/Comcast to find out what was going on with the channel and received absolutely no help or clear answer as to what happened to the channel. The rep kept me on the phone for approximately 40 minutes; acting as though he was trying to figure out the problem and said he would submit a problem ticket to address the matter. After reading some online comments, it sounds like WPIX is no longer available; but I'm still confused. If the CW channel replaced WPIX channel 11; why can't I find the same TV programs I used to? The moral of this story is, like everyone else; I'm extremely fed up with cable companies & I wish some other company will eventually come along who offers WIFI service without having to buy a full cable service package like you need to now in order to get WIFI. It's all so annoying and frustrating!

Below is a "letter: I submitted to Comcast via their Comments to Tom Karinshak (Executive Vice President of Customer Experience and Care Operations), after my recent experience with trying to get Comcast to bring my bill back to what is had been for the past 5 years. Yes, I was getting a promotion, however; Comcast's insistence on giving new customers great deals, while raping their existing customers with higher rates, just does not make sense.

"I've been a good, loyal customer for about 5 years or so. And now my "promotion" has ended. My bill is going up $41 a month, for exactly the same service and channel line-up, but I get nothing extra for that $41 a month.

I have spoken to your Retention Dept. and they essentially confirmed - I'll be paying $41 a month more and getting nothing extra, and couldn't (or wouldn't) do anything for me.

If I was a new customer, well, that's a different story. Comcast would do anything for a new customer - give that customer a great rate and all sorts of other things such as free install and the like. Yet an existing loyal customer that has paid his bills on time and been with Comcast for 5 or so years - gets nothing. In fact, I get charged an extra $41 a month for no added value!

Be honest here - does this seem like a good business decision on Comcast's part - to increase an existing customer's bill by ~29% for no added benefit to the customer? Even your Retention Dept agreed with me - I'll be getting charged more for no added benefit!?!??

And all the Retention Dept. could say: that promotion is no longer available, and our policies have changed so we can no longer put customers back on their old promotions.

So - what it boils down to is this (and I'm sure you have heard it all before and probably don't care) - Comcast doesn't care about its existing customers. Comcast would rather lose money on a new customer than try to retain an existing customer.

I'm guessing there are enough Comcast customers that are willing to be charged more for nothing, and are unwilling to try to argue with Comcast to get a better deal. But then that's probably what Comcast is bargaining on. That sort of attitude will only last so long, before people get tired of being ripped off.

It is sad that Comcast has this attitude - the service has been pretty good, however; I cannot justify (and nor can your own people) paying an extra $41 a month for nothing. Hopefully you will reconsider before you lose me as a customer."

As it stands - I have spoken with CTL and can get pretty much the same service (with a lifetime guarantee) for less than i was originally paying Comcast. So you can guess where I'll be heading. :)

First they jacked up my rate last year to an outrageous price that I couldn't afford. Got on the phone once the contract was up and renegotiated. They said they could negotiate a lower price without changing the lineup or removing any channels. They lied. They took away all the premium channels like HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax. The rep had explicitly stated that the premium tier would not change or be removed--just the price. BS. But I still have to keep all the stupid sports channels I never wanted and pay a non-negotiable $10 "regional sports fee"! Hurrah!

So now this year I have a smaller, more downgraded package but have had the price slowly creep back up to what it was last year when I had more channels. Actually, I think it's $10 more expensive now. That's right--more money for fewer channels.

Then in October they cut out TCM, which is one of the main reasons why I watch TV in the first place, and did so without any advance notice at the bottom of the previous month's bill. Now if I want to resubscribe to TCM I will have to pay an extra $50 for the Sports & Entertainment package. Thanks a million, schmucks.

Tonight I tried to tune into Starz Cinema and found it was gone, along with about four other Starz channels. Again, no advance notice was given. I read all the extras that come with my bill assiduously, and trust me, this was a surprise. Well, I've always said I loved surprises. I suppose this will teach me to be careful what I wish for.

And their on-demand service sucks. $3.99 to rent one movie? No way, Jose. I'm lucky enough to live in a town where there's still a big indie brick-and-mortar video store, and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays you can rent two movies from them for the price of one--$4.00. So my local video store will let me rent 2-4 movies on two days out of the week for $2.00 apiece--exactly half the price Comcast charges every day.

The really cute part is that local judges have presumably been paid off by Comcast and, ignoring any and all antitrust laws, made Comcast the only game in this part of town. Yes, you read that correctly. Anti-Comcast competition is illegal in parts of Tucson, Arizona.

Screw them. I'll be a Fubo/Hulu customer by the end of the year.

I’ve been having nothing but trouble with Crapcast ever since they took over our original, local cable company. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them to get any kind of service. All you get is a robot with an annoying voice that either tells you that there is an outage in your area (which is seldom true), and that “talking to an agent will do you no good,” (how professional), or has you running around the house pulling out cords. Then they want to give you a “power boost” which never does any good. Unlike the previous local cable company, which had a technician at your house within two hours if you called. if you curse, holler, and threaten to kill somebody, they MIGHT send somebody out, but the best way is to drive all the way out to the “XFINITY STORE,” not easy when you and your wife are elderly and semi-invalids, then you MAY get a visit. They don’t hire Americans to answer the phone, usually. You’re likely to get somebody with broken English in Guatemala or the Philippines, because Crapcast can hire them for much less than American prevailing wages, so not only are they incompetent, the are also unAmerican. I’m a 77 year old veteran and even in my condition, would love to be left alone in a room for just 15 minutes with the President of Crapcast, that lousy money grubber.

As of today you can get unlimited hotspot off thier $20 phone for as low as $25 or as high as $40 depending on how many are in your party.

Comcast network is a NOT WORK. constantly drops as if they don't have enough IP addresses. keeps playing a constant "musical chairs" with the IP addresses. Plus they throttle back the bandwidth and their DNS server is slow.
Comcast customer service is nonexistent. They never resolve anything and they never call back within the time they say. Always hours or a day later. Their standard answer is to for you to take their equipment to their office so they can replace it at their convenience.

They recently moved Turner Classic Movies up to a tier with a sports package!

I have plenty of sports channels I don't watch already but they want me to add a crap ton more JUST to get TCM for $9.95 a month.

I LOVE TCM but not if it's gotta come with sports channels or pay for more channels I don't watch.

If I could ala carte the channels I watch (not including the local networks) I'd guess we probably watch 10-15 other pay channels.

If they'd chosen to package it with other movie channels it might have gone over well but as this stands many fans are FREAKING OUT & IRATE!!

If you don't get a paper bill or you just ignore those statements they email you (I'm completely guilty of this myself), you would have had no idea this was coming.

Many of us TCM Fans went to watch the October Halloween movie offerings last nite, Thursday Oct. 10, 2019, & found out we were blocked & it was only after finding their Xfinity forums did I find out the reason.

Their BS reason was:
"Every month, Comcast pays programmers like networks, local TV station owners and others, for the ability to bring their programming to you. We regularly review our programming and sometimes make changes to ensure we're offering a wide variety of programming at the best value. We look at a variety of factors, including customer viewership and programming costs when making these decisions. Viewership of TCM is low, as over 90% of our customers watch less than two movies per month. We've tried everything: Getting a new router model, setting up a backup router, even plugging ethernet cables into the computers themselves, but surprise surprise, Comcast is a bunch of inept f%@ks, especially in the morning and late at night. I can tell you right now, I'm at my wit's end with this. Everyone else in the house just keeps telling me to deal with it, but considering the minimum limit for a deal is two years, yeah f%@king right. This was the worst service I have ever paid for. We paid for the high speed but the connection was never over 10mbps. After I complained for weeks the sent out a tech and he found that not only did they not send us the correct modem but the connection at the pole was not set for the high speed. They then promised me a refund for having paid for the service we never received but was never given. Our bill was 256 a month while other new customers paid less then 100 per month for the same service. We discontinued the TV service to get the bill down.. It was still 89 per month but then over 4 months it shot up to 189 a month just for internet. I finally shut it down. We now pay 123 per month for Direct TV and Centry link.
We really should organize a class action suit against this company

So we have Internet and Phone through Crapcast/suXfinity. Of course, our phones in the house are still the standard cordless variety, which at most have a directory of saved phone numbers. Which means, of course, they have no way of displaying SMS/text messages (obviously). For taht matter, I can't think of any consumer/home phones that would EVER be capable of that (and don't plan on buying ones even if they did).

So in order to prevent doctor's offices, and the like, from thinking all they have to do is SMS to our HOME phone, I've wanted to *disable* the SMS capability toour home phones, so that a sender gets a message that it's an invalid number. MULTIPLE times I've been on the phone with Comcast "support" and they've either told me I don't have the capability on my account, or have fiddled about and *claimed* they blocked it. Guess what, they HAVEN'T. Too busy reaming the customer to stop and provide competent service.

Months ago a service tech came to my house because of issues with internet service continually dropping on a daily basis. This problem had been occurring since signing up with comcast for service. He said there was a bad cable and it had 3 open frequencies which caused the modem to disconnect every time it cycled thru and hit the open frequencies. I received a ticket number from the company so this could be resolved. this is all in my customer notes by the way. They would call me periodically to let me know they were working to resolve this. Then no more contact and the problem is still occurring and they raised my bill also. I am tired of paying for partial service and being charged for full service. Also if I don't call and complain every time it happens they will not reimburse me. Their words not mine. By the time I call and get someone the problem is gone because the modem has cycled. They also want me to go thru the same stupid trouble shooting because they don't read my notes which proves the problem was already identified. I have all the phone recordings to date. They also said its a line from a pole which goes underground into my development. That's why they won't fix it as told by one of their own repairmen.

Then when I moved into an apartment where Comcast was the only internet service available. At first I had the 50 dollar basic, internet only service. Fine. On year later, I was forced to take the lowest priced bundle including internet (which I use), a phone line (which I don't need or use) & TV (don't need) all for 80 dollars. No way to opt out of the TV & phone services. And now the service has been down for over a week & it's taking them 5 days to get a tech out here (OK so there was a four day weekend due to a holiday on Thursday). This company sucks. All part of that wonderful "free" enterprise system we are supposed to worship & adore. I guess Comcast is free to rip you out a new rear end.

I am at the end of my rope with @Comcast. We use it only for #Internet access. Over 72 days, I have made 48 separate calls complaining of service #outages . I often got the "barely-able-to-be-understood" customer service (laugh at that title) person and automated system. They always tell you to disconnect your #modem and reconnect it. Never works. After a while, hearing I was tracking the calls, SOMETIMES they would get me to #technicalservice (gotta laugh at that, too) which was useless. We have had three separate visits from technicians. Each technician could NOT access any of the account records, nor what the previous tech had done (can you say BAD INTERNAL SYSTEMS????), and always asked the same questions, wasting time. All three in the long run, were inept since I continue to have the problems. All went "up on the pole". #1 claimed to have replaced the cable. #2 said #1 had not replaced the cable with the best impervious cable. #3 (unfortunately for him) faced my anger. Got his manager here. 4 hours later we were "up" for 7 days. Out again. #Comcaststinks. Any comments, anyone??? #badservice #unacceptablesystems

We were paying over $100/month for 25mb (business) internet service for a non-profit. (As if "business" service was anything more that tripling the price for the same service as residential!). A major competitor finally offered fibre optic service to the neighborhood and we switched. I called Comcast to cancel and was told it was complete. Comcast continued to bill for two more months (apparently "policy" requires a 60 advance notice of intent to terminate). In addition they failed to also terminate cable tv service which was bundled in but NEVER used. After three phone calls, a representative finally told me they would adjust the bill if I provided proof that we where a non-profit. I provided the proof, but that is when communication totally ceased. After two unanswered emails and one unanswered paper letter, Comcast unceremoniously and without warning, referred the bill to a collection agency.

And they wonder why people are "cutting the cord".

They provide us with some f%@king automatic system that suppose to be genious but it mostly never works. If you actually get help BELIEVE ME it wasnt the system it was the rep that figured it out. Sometimes something so simple as why my remote isnt working can be a hassle because we cant actually know what youre seeing. Sometimes customers think we suck at what we do but thats because the company doesnt empower us to do the job. If you just want a technician to show up to your house there is no way I can schedule that without failing thru the whole process on purpose, thats the only way we can schedule that. As a cust serv rep let me tell you. Youre better off just paying the early termination fee and moving to another company. I feel for you. Good luck calling 1800comcast.

We have been trying to get our cable to work properly, working with Comcast for 5 days now. Talking to at least 10 service reps. When Tech came out to fix issue - No On demand features and if a telecast is simulcast in Spanish..we get Spanish...changed audio to default to English but if you change the channel it defaults back to Spanish and you have to reset audio default back to English again. Still not fixed. Customer service is NO HELP. They expect you to check all connects repeatedly. Turn cable on/off repeatedly. Spent at least 10-12 hours over last 5 days,,,was told could be put on waiting list of service last Saturday but a lot of people ahead of me. If this was a problem that should have been addressed earlier on the first service call, we should have been first on any waiting list. Asked for call back(home phone) as cell phone is in shop. Got call back stating tech will be here between 4-6 pm. At 4:08 received call from tech asking if our equipment was working properly. Stated NO. Tech says OK we will be out Tuesday??? Hey wait a minute we received a call stating someone would be out between 4-6. Tech states "We don't call you like that, system is automated text. Explained the above cell phone in shop. tech didn't believe it was uncooperative and hung up. Been with Comcast over30 years. Very Bad Service.....needs more competition in this field.

I told them i was quoted cheaper, and i assumed they'd say that was a customer service rep he can't give you exact prices, but no, i'm told sorry that WAS valid at that time, which was 3 days ago, but its no longer valid and we can't give you that. Its now $93. Between the 3 days i had already gone out and purchased a couple of roku sticks i was going to use to get netflix without cable, so now i have those and dont need them. I really dont understand how what they do on a daily basis is legal?!? We NEED more internet options. How does anyone have to pay over $75 a month to just get a decent speed of internet?!?

Finally I had to resort to texting with an idiot customer service rep who again reset the modem even though i told her it didn't work, then made me do power cycle, then wouldn't call me after I said I wanted to talk to someone or I would take my business elsewhere, then refused to schedule a call for me, then said it would take 24-48 hours to get a call back, then told me to call the main number again (!!!) then wanted my name to schedule (even though she was resetting my modem and checking my connection; she doesn't have my name??) What is with this shitty company??? They will do everything possible to prevent you from speaking to a human being. f%@k you xfinity. I'm not a robot. You just wasted an hour and a half of my time. Yeah so, Comcast disconnected my internet when installing XFinity to the neighbor as we share the same coaxial junction in the garage, I went without internet for about a day and after they installed it again I received a questionnaire asking how likely it would be that I recommend them to others, I replied with a two star (out of 10) with the following:

"You disconnected my internet while installing the internet to the neighbor and then argued with me that this didn't happen when I contacted customer service?

When contacting customer service I have to deal with an atrocious, convoluted, unresponsive, error prone automated system for about 15 minutes (no exaggeration) before I can speak with a human?

You increased my bill from $30 to $40 because the original price was "promotional"? (what a scam, seriously though).

I still don't see the 2 days without internet comped / credited towards this months bill?

When I called for information, I was told that 2 charges in the package were only included for 12 months, and now I had to pay extra to keep them. They then emailed me a copy of the original order summary from a year ago – which confirmed I signed up for a 24 month promotion, with no visible notation that any of the fees itemized there were subject to any price change. They claim they can’t do anything about it now. (Actually their suggestions is that I sign up for a new package that does include these charges, but they don’t have any packages available for existing customers that provide the same service for the same fee). Inspire of raising their rates again a couple months ago, they are now dropping more channels from the package lineup. Why? Apparently because they can. It says so in their customer contract - yep, keep charging you an ever increasing rate while changing, dropping or deleting any channel any time they want to. Sometime since yesterday evening, they dropped another of the PBS stations in the bay area (KRCB - channel 22) from their digital starter lineup. No warning, no notice or price reduction; just took it away, just like they did with the CMT channel several months ago.
For Sure -- Comcast Sucks!! If there isn't a law against their fraudulent practices, there should be!

For 15 years, we had comcast as our internet provider. When it rained or got real hot, the internet service timed out, and would not reboot.

Numerous times the connections would drop out. We had them come out and reinstall lines, checked the box at the street twice, looked at our connections at the wall, checked the router. They insisted everything was fine. The system worked, then in about 2 weeks the drop outs disconnections continued again.

I called the 3 times during our last year with them, warning them if they did not get it fixed I was going to drop off as their customer. 3 times everytime they came out, I warned them.

And guess what, they did not care. When I officially walked into their office in Olympia Washington, I told them I was done.

And I am done, never again will I use Comcast.

This was even after Comcast called me and told me that the service tech would be running about an hour and seven minutes late (past the window I was originally given.) Two hours and seven minutes later, still no installer, and my parents still don't have cable TV or phone service. (I was told by customer service that, since the technician didn't show up, they could just reschedule an installation appointment for July 31st, almost two weeks later! That is totally unacceptable. I need to check out AT&T's plans now....

Each time I get in touch to get status, they open another ticket. Have had scheduled phone calls with technical team...wait around, at the promised time, never get a call.

Have asked for specific mgmt contacts, can't get it. Just give the CSA #, where you end up in auto-call routing hell.

Then I began to get calls on our 2 cells AND my work phone and along with home and work e-mails saying I have 5 pieces of equipment and must return them. I had my hubby go there and talked to them ... several times and he left with our 3 pieces cause no one would take them if we didn't have the mysterious "other two." After 4 trips he finally went when a supervisor was there and they guy took what we had and said OK. I was told I would get a receipt ... never happened ... and I am still getting the phone calls to return the 5 pieces of equipment. I WILL NEVER USE COMCAST AGAIN! THEY LIE AND RIP THEIR CUSTOMERS OFF! I HATE THEM SO MUCH AND CANNOT GET THEM TO STOP CALLING. I got an e-mail for "A few questions about your recent store visit" and "We'd like your feedback". When I hit ZERO on the scale, suddenly I got this huge pop up saying "We're sorry. The survey to which you were invited has expired." IT WAS SENT MAY 17 AND I RESPONDED TODAY ... MAY 22. IT HAD ONLY BEEN 5 DAYS EVEN COUNTING THE ACTUAL DAY SENT AND DATE ANSWERED. I think they have the scale set so if you give them a low score they can reject it. More lies. IT IS WHAT THEY DO!!!!

Comcast sucks! You can only receive all of the PBS channels if you pay for premium HD service. All I buy is the basic broadcasting package in Minneapolis Minnesota. HD hasn’t been premium for almost 8 years now. It’s free over the air they are charging 10 additional dollars a month . Just to receive HD broadcast TV. That’s the equivalent of charging $30 a month to receive unlimited texting on a smart phone. Comcast enjoys a municipal monopoly the result of which has made them large amounts of money for substandard products.I spoke with a customer service representative in February. The changes that representative made cause my bill to go up by over $20. When I call Dan to resolve the issue. I spent hours addressing it. Once everything had settled I realized they had again created another issue. So I had to go back to them and complain again. By the time I finished they had rudely implied that I was some sort of Golddigger because I wanted to see all of the public broadcasting channels. They blamed my city Council and dared me to go to one of the meetings. Thanks to Comcast I have become far more civically Active. The day after I attended my city Council meeting while I was watching on-demand show. My cable box suddenly reset itself. When that happened it lost my place in the on-demand show and I had to watch 30 minutes worth of commercials over again. Following the completion of watching my show I realized that I was being offered HD channels. Before I could call customer service and check what happened. My box reset itself yet again during prime time. This returned me to standard service. These were major disruptions that I neither asked for nor was warned of. Comcast enjoys a municipal monopoly. I work in telecom purchasing I know they are making an average margin of 30 to 60% (profits after costs) on all of their contracts.It’s time we stopped excepting substandard product for premium prices. HD and PBS or not premium services anymore.

The only thing that keeps Comcast (or xfinity - whatever they call themselves today) in business is that they have a virtual monopoly in most areas. If they had any viable competition they would be out of business.
We have been a customer for well over 30 years and seen our bill go up every several months and service regularly deteriorate. Forget trying to get anything done with their phone or online support service. When we suddenly "lost" CMT last week I tried their phone in service and got connected to a voice activated phone tree that finally told me I needed a reset on my converter boxes (we have 3) and it would take place in about 10 minutes.
Several hours later, when nothing happened, I tried their online chat with support. The un-service rep. took my complaint and said he would do a reset on my converter. It did go off and on several times but it still did not work. The rep. finally told me that the reset signal had been set and within an hour I would have all my channels restored. This was obviously his method of "completing" the service chat and getting rid of me. NOTHING changed in my channel lineup.
The next day (last Friday) I tried their "have a service rep. call you" option. They did call me in about 15 minutes and immediately put me on hold for several more minutes. When a live person came on the phone, her accent was so thick that I could barely understand her - probably my fault as I only speak plain flat accented English. Anyway, I explained my problem again. After a bit she told me that my account should have the "missing" channel and she would have to "reset" my converter boxes. I had my main TV on and told her to go ahead. The box turned off and on and indicator lights flashed and then she asked me to check my lineup now. It still did NOT work. After going through this process several more times, at least two of which I had to turn the box back on to check, she told me that she could not get the reset to work for some reason and was elevating my issue to a higher lever of support. She told me that someone at a higher authority level would "fix" the problem and then call me back to confirm that it had been fixed. She said this could take up to 2 hours. So....I waited and waited and .... NEVER HAPPENED!
Adding insult to the whole mess, they sent me an e-mail message on Tuesday this week advising me that they showed a record of calling in to support and asked if I would be willing to take a survey to tell how they did. I agreed and every area that I rated them a ZERO brought up a window asking me to explain why I gave them that rating. I did. Finally, a question was presented asking about calling me back for more information and asked tor a convenient time. Would't you know it; 3 days later and they haven't called me back. Why would they call me back. They don't really care.
Today, I went into the local Xfinity store to see if I could get an answer. Initially, the answer was that perhaps my converter had gone bad. Then after looking at a channel lineup sheet they had, I was told that CMT was not on my "package". It was on the more expensive package that I could upgrade to. I turned that down as I already had CMT until last week and I had not changed anything. The rep. conferred with another as to why I had suddenly "lost" CMT. The other rep. finally checked something on their computer and said that CMT had been removed from my "package" in January 2016, over 2 years ago. As to why I still had it last week, the only explanation was that it may have taken that long to "audit" my account to the current lineup. Then came the offer to upgrade again, with an introductory savings if I took an upgrade "package" for at least two years. Of course the introductory price would only be good for part of that two years and then would increase to significantly more than I'm paying now.
What a rip-off!
Now, I have a choice to either stick with comcast (xfinity) and their crappy service and exorbitant fees or go with someone else. We have WAVE, Dish and Direct-TV in my area, plus regular antenna TV. I'm not sure what kind of service and support any of the other offerings have, but I'm certain it would be impossible for them to be worse than comcast!
As soon as I research the other offerings comcast will be gone from my house forever.
Comcast really does "SUCK" to put it politely.

Latest, 'agent' said I am not an authorized user and cannot dispatch a technician. I was an authorized user, but Comcast evidently changed their system and/or internal programming so that I was deleted as an authorized user.

Now, my wife, who is out of town, must call (and go through the bullshit phone tree) and get me re-added. Then, I have to call again, go over the issues again, getting 'have you tried making sure the TV is plugged in' questions....

So, I canceled my service. Then I get a bill for an added month, when I HAD NO SERVICE. So I get on chat with this moron... He says that yes, my account is disconnected, BUT it's STILL ACTIVE....

I once had a faulty line to my house and Comcast insisted nothing was wrong. I could see the cable into the house was not right after a fed-ex truck slide down my wintery...

After 3-5 attempts on the phone and having a friend who works in the cable industry give me the precise readings off of his meter and finding the 5th "supervisor." A gentlemen was quickly sent out...who replaced the cable going from my router to my wall instead of the one of the damn pole. Still, no avail. a 6th call and a month and half later, I finally get a service tech and customer rep that gives a shit enough to actually do something about it.

All while paying a ridiculous price for Internet, because they have no competitors where I used to live. I didn't even ask for the entire bill to be waived, I just asked for the days that were down to be compensated due to their negligence and unwillingness to fix the problem.

I wish these regional non-competing monopoly ISPs would f%@k off already.

On top of that, their customer service is worse than any other I've ever worked with, and that includes a call Center woman who threatened to kill me and my entire family! If you are considering using Comcast, please instead buy a hatchet and hack your one of your own legs off first. I promise you will come out better off than if you actually pay money to these worthless whoresons who call themselves a high speed internet provider. I swear dial up was faster than this crap.

The ADSL upload speeds need to stop. Even ReviewTechUSA on YouTube did a rant about that. Backing up and uploading stuff to Google Drive, MEGA.NZ, etc takes forever.
